Bath use: Shake well. Pour one cap full of the oil into your warm Bath and enjoy the aromatherapy plus skin moisture benefits.
Shower use: Shake well. Cleanse your skin first with your normal shower wash, then massage the oil onto your skin. Rinse well and dry as usual.
