The evil eye is believed to be a curse casted by a malevolent glare, and usually given to a person when they are unaware. Believed to bring bad luck to the person at whom it is directed for reasons of envy or dislike.
An evil eye amulet is normally designed in the shape of an eye, traditionally in the colors blue which gives spiritual protection. These talismans repellent and spiritually protect the wearer.
